We offer DNA extraction as a service from the following sample material:

The workflow is set up for high-throughput DNA isolation from buccal swabs or whole blood. Sample panels with batches of up to 94 samples and one internal negative control sample can be processed automatically and simultaneously. The DNA is isolated and purified based on magnetic beads.

volume: 70 µl

DNA concentration is reported for each sample based on quantification by fluorescence. Sample yields from swabs depend on compliance with the sampling instructions. Therefore, we cannot guarantee a minimum yield.

DNA storage

We provide the DNA based on your specifications with regards to DNA concentration, volume, and number of aliquots in plates (96 or 384 well) or 2D barcode tubes. An electronic sample sheet is generated automatically for further sample handling.

Storage of isolated DNA samples in our storage facility inclusive surrounding processes.
