At DKMS Life Science Lab, we employ state-of-the-art technologies, utilizing the NGS Amplicon method with our in-house developed reagents for high throughput analyses. For rapid and accurate typing, we leverage NGS Shotgun or rSSO Luminex with our in-house developed or CE-IVD reagents. We accommodate various sample types, including buccal swabs, blood, or DNA, ensuring flexibility and convenience for our collaborators.

In 2017, we successfully developed a method for CMV status analysis from buccal swabs. Since then we have been excelling in the process to ensure the best quality of our analysis. This pioneering achievement showcases our commitment to pushing the boundaries of research and highlights our capability to innovate and solve complex challenges.
