For donor registries, recruitment programs, and population studies, we offer a highly automated genotyping workflow designed for large and very large sample quantities.
Our high-throughput service supports genotyping of more than 1,000,000 potential stem cell donors per year. In addition to mandatory genes, we can report additional markers to support future research and donor selection strategies.

Clinical Lab
Our clinical genotyping workflows are designed for confirmatory testing, patient samples, and time-critical applications.
For patient and related samples, we provide ultra-high-resolution HLA genotyping by analyzing full-length genes for HLA class I and extended regions, including exons 2 to 5 for HLA class II, ensuring highly accurate and clinically meaningful results. For urgent genotyping requests, we offer rapid HLA typing based on rSSO (Luminex) technology, enabling next-day results. This method uses PCR amplification with biotinylated, allele group-specific primers, allowing fast and reliable analysis when turnaround time is critical.
