Our daily tasks include welcoming visitors, arranging couriers, answering and forwarding phone calls, sorting and distributing inbox messages. We are available for you from Monday to Friday from 8 am until 8 pm.
Our office manager has the important task of keeping our office running smoothly and providing administrative support. This task ranges widely in duties and responsibilities, from purchasing office supplies and organizing huge events, to soliciting quotations and coordinating little repairs or managing video conferences.
We support our employees throughout the entire employee life cycle starting with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, developing, retaining, and offboarding. Through close collaboration with the corporate HR from our mother company in Tuebingen, we support our employees with a broad and in-depth knowledge regarding all HR topics.
What a broad area and we love it! It includes month-end and year-end closings, cash management, invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, asset accounting as well as purchasing goods and services (excluding procurement of materials), and contract management.
An extremely fascinating and sometimes very challenging field as it comprises budgeting, reporting, transfer pricing, tax, and product calculation as well as profitability analysis.
