Our top priority is to increase productivity while reducing cost-intensive inventories. We established an effective Kanban process based on the "pull principle" for a proper material workflow. We use self-controlling loops to ensure the supply of lab materials.

Accordingly, we are responsible for strategic stock management, supplier management, and purchasing analogous to our quality specifications, including reclamation processes.
